Bill did it. He went back in time, broke the time loop, erased the aliens out of existence and saved billions of lives by stopping Earth from ever coming under their devastating attack in the first place.  Almost  erased the aliens out of existence, that should say, because – handily for season three – the alien invasion timeline is still somehow creating ripples in this parallel universe. TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The American Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) reported that 74 percent of the 469 cases that appeared in the Barnstable, Massachusetts public event cluster, were residents who had been fully vaccinated. And, the majority of cases are caused by the Delta variant . This, according to the CDC, indicates how dangerous the variant is.

It doesn't stop there, the CDC continues that there are indications that those who are fully vaccinated can not only contract the Delta variant of COVID-19, but can also transmit it. This refers to the finding of the presence of the Delta COVID-19 variant in those who are fully vaccinated and not vaccinated together.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said the findings in Massachusetts were important. And, he said, this is the reason why the CDC is again recommending Americans, wherever they are, to return to wearing masks both indoors and outdoors.

"Recommendations for requiring masks again are to ensure that those who have been vaccinated do not transmit the COVID-19 virus to those who have not been vaccinated or are weak immune," Walensky said, quoted by Reuters news agency, Friday, July 29, 2021.

Walensky continued, 79 percent of Massachusetts residents who had been vaccinated and had previously contracted COVID-19 had recorded symptoms of coughing, dizziness, sore throat, and fever. Four of them had to be hospitalized.

In a separate document, the CDC reports the Delta variant of COVID-19 can spread as easily as smallpox and cause severe symptoms. Therefore, local health authorities are recommended to start requiring masks again for indoor settings, both for those who have been fully vaccinated or not vaccinated at all.

As per this report, the US government has not issued any policies requiring the return of masks in response to the Delta variant. The latest step announced by America is an incentive policy for those who want to be vaccinated. These incentives range from being paid US$100 to receiving a tax credit.
